They heard her sing and also loved her dancing. &#8220;Little Eva&#8221; was asked by the team to sing a demo of their anticipated song for Dee Dee Sharp. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eva was so good that King and Goffin decided to release her first song, &#8220;The Loco-Motion,&#8221; and it became a #1 pop hit and sold a million copies in 1962. She ended her nanny career and became a singer.
