April marks the beginning of​ the yearlong‍ journey around the world for the African Diaspora. Follow along with our blog posts on this site to stay updated⁢ on our ‍first few stops.

our first stop is Kumasi, where we will explore “Before the Coast: The Story Begins in the ‍Kingdom.” Next, we will visit Ghana (PRAAD) and uncover what⁣ the archives have revealed in ​”What the⁤ Archives Revealed.” Then, we will make our way to Togo and ⁢discover “The Stories Between Borders.” we⁣ will end up in Amsterdam and interpret “From Africa to Europe: interpreting the Journey.”
