About the event
The Taste of Gullah will be held at the historic Harrington School, St. Simons Island, Georgia. The Harrington School was built during the Jim Crow era to serve Black children from the 1920s to 1950s. This event is a fundraiser to support the school's reconstruction and purpose. There will be Gullah cuisine and music and other festivities.
